Colleen is an expert musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with over 18 years’ experience. Specialist areas include helping recreational athletes with sports related injuries, patients with back and shoulder pain requiring ‘hands on’ manual therapy and rehabilitation to full fitness following injury. Colleen is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire where she teaches on the undergraduate and post-graduate physiotherapy and sports and exercise rehabilitation programmes.

Holly specialises in treating sports injuries, whiplash and restoring and maintaining physical well-being. A keen sports person, she currently manages the U18 England Boys and plays National League Hockey. Holly’s experience allows her to understand how professional or social injuries can affect physical and psychological well being on and off the pitch. Holly has a clinical history with elite athletes from cricket, rugby and Junior England Hockey team. Holly also has training in the Alexander technique – a method that works to change (movement) habits in our everyday activities, improve ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination.
