Pilates

Pilates sculpts a strong, streamlined, flexible and balanced body. With the emphasis on core-conditioning and breathing this ultimate exercise regime is recognised by physiotherapists and osteopaths as a highly effective method of rehabilitation from sports injury, back and joint pain

Getting Started

If you are recovering from injury, pregnancy or under medical supervision, please ask your Physiotherapist, Osteopath or GP if you are ready to commence a Pilates programme. In some cases, we would recommend an initial course of 1:1 Pilates Reformer sessions before you begin on matwork classes. Our Studio Manager, Michelle, is available to help you with your questions.
