Hatha Yoga
A relaxing practice with focus on breathing exercises. Does not follow a set sequence of asanas (postures) and includes holding asanas. Suitable for all. 

Astanga
A powerful but flowing workout based on six series of challenging asanas. Snchronizing movement and breath to heat the body. Learn from beginners through the levels.
 
Freestyle
A relaxing practice building from a range of yoga styles into a flowing vinyassa style with strong breath focus and no set asana. Suitable for all. 

Power Yoga
Based upon the challenging sequences of Astanga yoga but with more room for variations and attention to alignment. Prepare to sweat! Available in intermediate-advanced levels.

Men's Yoga
Astanga style yoga with attention to alignment and addressing the difficulties faced by men in this practice.

Teens Yoga
Specifically designed for teenagers, to develop confidence physically and emotionally.
